For Your Information

  • Please notify your instructor if you have any pre-existing injuries or medical conditions which may impact upon your ability to perform certain exercises during the class (Prior to starting).

  • What to bring
    Please bring a towel and a water bottle.
  • Arrival
    Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to prepare for the class and check-in to allow for any setup that needs to be done prior to the class starting. Please note that If you are late for class, you may not be able to participate in class.
  • Cancellation
    We only accept cancellations 6 hours prior to the commencement of the class. Deductions will be made to your account with any last minute cancellations or no-shows.
    If there are fewer than 3 bookings 1 hour prior to the class, the class will be canceled, and a notification will be sent via text.

Aerial Yoga

  • All new Members at Flying Studio must take 4 Introduction classes(Intro Flying or Low Hammock Flying) to join “High Hammock Flying” classes. (For Safety reasons, Advanced classes can be participated through instructors’ recommendations.
  • If you are experienced in Aerial Yoga, please advise us via free consultations.
  • What to wear
    Tops should be at least a short-sleeved length to cover armpits and pants should be a length to cover your knees. We kindly ask you to attend the class with bare feet.(non-slip socks designed for pilates are allowed.)
    Please note that there will be a $5 charge for hiring a T-shirt at the studio if your attire does not meet our requirements.
  • What NOT to wear
    Accessories must be removed before the class to prevent damage to the hammocks.

Bungee Fitness

  • You must wear Clean Indoor Sneakers.
  • There is a Weight Limit for Bungee Fitness class of 100KG.
  • What to wear
    Bungee Fitness involves wearing a Harness that fits tightly to your body and so please avoid wearing clothes that are too thin or shorts as friction from the Harness may cause scratches and redness.
    Please wear comfortable sportswear. We recommend wearing clothing that covers your stomach and thighs to avoid rubbing against the harness.
