Personal Training Sessions at the Flying Studio are individually tailored to meet the needs of each and every member. We will focus on rehabilitation, pain relief, peace of mind, weight control and fitness goals depending on the information we gain from the consultations. You can also build more skills and confidence to enter group sessions which may be intimidating.
