Get ready for the class
- What to wear
Tops should be at least a short-sleeved length to cover armpits and pants should be at a length to cover your knees. We kindly ask you to attend the class with bare feet.(non-slip socks designed for pilates are allowed.)
Please note that there will be a $5 charge for hiring a T-shirt at the studio if your attire does not meet our requirements. - What NOT to wear
Accessories must be removed before the class to prevent damage to the hammocks. - What to bring
Please bring a towel and a water bottle. - Arrival
Please arrive 5 mins prior to prepare for the class and check-in. - Cancellation
We only accept cancellations 6 hours prior to the commencement of the class. Deductions will be made to your account with any last minute cancellations or no-shows.
