Intro Flying

Our Intro Flying class is designed for anyone, from beginners to seniors, as well as children over 12 years of age. You don’t need any prior experience to participate in this class just an open mind and a willingness to try something new.

Low Hammock Flying

Our Low Hammock Flying class offers a gentler and more relaxed experience. While inversions are still part of the class, they are performed at a lower level compared to our other classes, with your back remaining close to the ground. The hammock is positioned below the knees, providing additional support and stability. You’ll have the freedom to move at your own pace and focus on deep stretching without feeling any discomfort or pressure on your body. This class is especially suitable for those who may feel uneasy about going upside down.

  • You will gain confidence in the hammock.
    Certain movements may still exert some mild pressure on the body, although it would be less intense compared to a high hammock class.

High Hammock Flying

If you are looking for a full-body workout that includes all the benefits of aerial yoga, then High Hammock Flying is the class for you. This class is perfect for those familiar with inversion, the fabric and terminology, and who are ready to enhance their skills regardless of their current level of experience. It is a fun yet challenging workout that also includes Savasana, leaving you feeling elevated.

Advanced flying is a class designed to take your aerial yoga to the next level. This class is best suited to those who have been doing aerial yoga for at least 6 months and are ready for a more challenging workout. Aside from the challenging workout of aerial yoga you will get to perform circus work and express yourself through the movement of your body. Advanced flying classes
will leave you with a sense of accomplishment and achievement after a rigorous workout.

Kids And Teens Flying

Our studio also offers a fun and exciting class that is perfect for kids aged between 8 and 17. This class is not only a great way for your child to stay active, but it is also a beautiful and charming experience that will help with their growth and development.
For Kids Flying class – 8 ~ 13 years old
For Teen Flying class – 12 ~ 17 years old
